By using FriendsCleaningUp, you agree to these terms. We provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Netherlands. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and specific requirements.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. For commercial clients, net-30 payment terms may be available with approved credit.
You must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access, a missed appointment fee may apply. You are responsible for securing pets and valuables before our arrival.
FriendsCleaningUp is fully insured and bonded. We take responsibility for any damage caused by our staff during service. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we'll return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
